The birdhouses are the units-rooms, where people work as if an ant colony or a beehive. The units are separate, everyone has their own entrance and perches, and they are all closed. Nobody sees what’s inside, and what is everybody working on. But, all the houses are located on one tree, which carries them, nourishes them, and protects them. From time to time on the upper branches of the protective tree, nests with eggs appear – the results of work in the birdhouses. The common big tree represents a basis and a fundament for the houses, a place, where they can happily reside, fruitfully work, and bring to life their dreams and ideas.
